Important information: A minimum payment of $100.00 is required. Retainer payments are applied against all billable charges including consultation, training, review of issues, research, telephone and other support, online sessions, reimburseable costs, etc. Any unused amounts will be available for future consultations/services/expenses at the then current rate.
Once an appointment is scheduled, 24 hour notice of cancellation/postponement is required to avoid paying for the scheduled time that is missed. |
